The normal waiting time is 10 working days (Excluding weekends and public holidays)

Whenever possible you will have your blinds back the same day
With the current water crisis, we are cleaning aluminium and PVC venetian blinds, roller blinds and all vertical blinds at our warehouse
Wooden blinds can be cleaned onsite or at our warehouse.
Roman and fabric Roller Blinds: No longer clean fabric blinds. We do clean PVC off site, 24 hours turn around.

On Aluminium and PVC we can remove all the black mould. On material vertical blinds, rollers blinds and wooden venetian blinds we can remove most, but unfortunately black mould gets into the fibres of the material and the stain will not come out with our specialised cleaners. The chemicals required to remove this stain is too harsh for the material and will cause lasting damage to the blinds.
All glass can be tinted except the frosted glass used in a bathroom. We carry a range of colour tint film and sandblast film.
Due to the price of petrol and the running cost of our vehicles we do charge for a call out.
As a rule we do not work at weekend, however if there is no other time that the work can done, then we will make a plan, but there will be an additional fee involved.
Pensioners: Yes, pensioners do get a cash discount.
General: We only offer a discount (on request) for full upfront payments or immediate settlements only.
